Fundraising success at the Chamber's annual black tie dinner.

To kick start May 2019, businesses of the Clevedon Chamber of Commerce made their way to the stunning Clevedon Hall for a "Black Tie" dinner in support of Clevedon School Community's Project Xenia.

The Student Chamber representatives enjoyed time talking to some of Clevedon’s business-folk, as they described the benefits of the library and community meet-up space being built at Clevedon School. They managed social media and photography, but they have also played a key part in the planning of the event over the past few months, an event that will now continue to grow over the coming years.

Through a gold-envelope raffle the event raised over £750 for Project Xenia, icing on the cake for those including Jo Carrington and Amber Claydon from Clevedon School, that have worked hard to support this student led initiative.

Next year’s event date will be confirmed soon, watch this space!
